Hello people how have you been and how was your day? Mine started fine until I went to the bank, it almost ruined my happy and peaceful day.

Except I want to make withdrawal or do something different aside laying a complain, I dislike the long procedures to get things done in there.

I made a purchase with my ATM card and the transaction failed after several attempts and I wasn't with enough money to pay for those items, so I had to return few of them. 

When I got home I received a debit alart from those failed transaction  I was worried but I kept my cool waiting for the reversal of my money since it was a filed transaction.
After waiting for twenty four hours I alart my bank via Email and i wasn't getting a favourable response from them so I went to the nearest branch close to me to state my complain.

This was my day was almost ruined, first I met large Crowd outside the bank waiting for their numbers to be called before they will have access to the staff, I couldn't stand the crowd so I used my baby and a friend that words inside the bank as my quick pass.

That was my second  time of coming to that bank without being attended to with the excuse that the system is down.

Some of the staff even where not on seat to attend to Thier customers.


The first lady I approached was and forming all too busy and so I gave her a little piece of my mind and she re_adjusted herself and was acting friendly with me but  hey! That's not why am here I need my money back.

The long queue inside the bank was another story on its own plus the AC was on and so the place was so cold Andi wouldn't want to stay for long because of my baby but this people had  another plans,they wanted me to stay on the queue with my baby.
Hell No!

 I couldn't help but take a picture of the queue inside the bank.

It's my money, it's my right.
What happened to the nursing mothers and pregnant women been treated specially?

So after much filling out forms, signing here and there I left.
Mind you they said I would have to wait for fourteen working days before they will reverse the money back because I didn't use my bank Pos for the transaction.

Can you imagine such long process?
