In my first week as a moderator on the RealityHubs platform, I was able to engage a lot of authors and I reviewed a number of contribution on the platform.

Working as a moderator on RealityHubs has been interesting and the following is my analysis of all contributions I reviewed during the week.

During the space of three days I was able to review a total of 30 contributions excluding the posts by users who were abusing the platform but including unrelated posts.

 While moderating I came across some impressive reviews and some not so impressive ones.

The following illustrates the distribution of all contributions that I reviewed divided into three categories with links to the rewarded posts

The cumulative amount of contributions above amounts to 21, the remainder of the contribution which completes all the 30 includes posts that were reviews but lacked enough quality content to be considered for a reward. Such posts couldn't be classified as unrelated or an abuse of the platform so the authors were implored to create better content in their future contributions.

#### Conclusion

RealityHubs as a platform possesses tremendous potential and opportunity for growth and massive adoption. My judgement is that a lot of community members are currently not aware of what it means to write an actual review. 

The perceived solution to that in my opinion is the establishment and enforcement of guidelines regarding the structure and the content of the reviews being submitted.

This particular solution, I believe the team is already working on and will be fully implemented soon. It is great to be part of a community that promotes the sharing of quality content and personal opinions on different and diverse subject matters.
