Here I share this recipe with you. ## Ingredients: * 3 beets * 1/2 onion * 1 tablespoon vinegar * 1 tablespoon vegetable oil * 1 teaspoon salsa * 1 teaspoon sugar * chopped chives or parsley # Preparation: First we must cook the beets until soft, let them cool and remove the skin. Proceed to cut them into wheels and place them on a plate. Chop the onion into rounds or julienne and cover the beet rounds. ## Dressing: In a bowl place a little water, add the salt, sugar, vinegar, oil and parsley or chives and proceed to mix well until a homogeneous vinaigrette is left. This time I had to use chives because I did not have parsley, but preferably use parsley for a better result. Place the vinaigrette on top of the beets, let it sit for a few minutes and serve. The sugar in the vinaigrette serves to sweeten beets that are usually plain or with little flavor. It is a nice way to eat this vegetable. Por acá les quiero compartir una sencilla y nutritiva ensalada de remolacha, excelente para acompañar cualquier plato principal y que se puede preparar muy rápidamente con solo dos ingredientes. La remolacha es rica en fibra y nutrientes muy favorables para nuestro organismo. Aquí les comparto esta receta. ## Ingredientes: * 3 remolachas * 1/2 cebolla * 1 cucharada de vinagre * 1 cucharada de aceite vegetal * 1 cucharadita de salsa * 1 cucharadita de azúcar * Cebollin o perejil picado # Preparacion: En primer lugar debemos cocinar las remolachas hasta que ablanden, dejarlas enfriar y quitarles la piel. Proceder a cortarlas en ruedas y colocarlas en un plato. Picar la cebolla en ruedas o en juliana y cubrir las ruedas de remolacha. ## Aderezo: En una taza colocar un poco de agua, añadir la sal, azúcar, vinagre, aceite y perejil o cebollin y proceder a mezclar bien hasta que quede una vinagreta homogénea. En esta ocasión tuve que usar cebollín porque no tenia perejil, pero preferiblemente usen el perejil para que quede mejor. Colocar la vinagreta encima de las remolachas, dejarla reposar por unos minutos y servir. El azúcar en la vinagreta sirve para endulzar las remolachas que generalmente son simples o con poco sabor. Es una agradable forma de comer esta hortaliza. Me gustaría que me dijeras en los comentarios que nombre le dan en tu pais a la remolacha y si la has preparado de esta manera.
