 Online learning can also be described as the network transfer of skills and knowledge, and it can provide education to many recipients at the same time or at different times. Previously, this was not fully accepted because the system was supposed to lack the human elements necessary for learning.

However, with the rapid development of technology and the development of the learning system, now it has been accepted by the whole community. The introduction of computers was the basis of this revolution, and over time, as we have connected with smartphones, tablets, etc., these devices now occupy important educational positions in the classroom. Books are gradually being replaced by e-learning materials such as CDs or USB sticks. Knowledge can also be shared online and accessible 24/7, at anytime, and anywhere.

Facts have proved that online learning is the best tool in the corporate sector, especially when multinational companies hold training courses for professionals from all over the world, and employees can sit on the board of directors or hold seminars to acquire important skills. Activities, different organizations or organizations within the same organization. Schools that use e-learning technology are ahead of those that still use traditional learning methods.

Of course, the use of books and lectures to promote the concept of non-online teaching is equally important, but the importance and effectiveness of technology-based learning cannot be underestimated or completely ignored. 

It is believed that the human brain can easily remember and relate to what is seen and heard through moving images or videos. 

It is also found that visual elements can not only attract the attention of students, but also can be retained by the brain for a longer period of time. Agriculture, medicine, education, services, business, and government equipment are all adapting to e-learning concepts that help promote national progress.
