## So this isn't really much of a song

I actually wound up liking the drum part more than the other stuff though, so maybe I'll take that and try some other things around it. The Harmonic Flights pack was built using a double bass, playing various harmonics, run through all sorts of effects. It's definitely good for soundscapey, ambient sort of things, which I definitely have uses for, though in this context, I think something synthier might be more interesting. Tracks 1 and 2 outline the basic progression of C, D to E (all major chords, subbing the Emajor chord for our Eminor tonic). There are some variations on the 3rd and 4th and repetitions, adding some 6ths and 9ths, but the basic progression remains the same. Tracks 3 and 4 are the drums, with a little break played just by Track 4. I don't love that break, but the rest of it is pretty cool. I also added some reversed piano in Track 5, though that was sort of just a random addition when I got bored, haha. I'll play around with the drums tonight, try and build something else with them, and see where things go.</div>
