## This isn't really much of an exciting
<div class="pull-right">https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/grapthar/EoCgA82CRzoG4Vb3XANz8mQrw4WWgN5BNaBLLSNRCLtMwmau2ihQWfjW1FxbSjKceJH.png<center><b>Track 2, Drone</b></center></div><div class="text-justify">idea, just a random little thing from last night, though I don't have much else to share so we're gonna go with this.  It's just 4 tracks, all sort of synthy sounds, which started on Track 1.  This is an electric piano from PianoTeq which plays the line pictured to the right here, just moving between a C5 and F5, back and forth.  I played around with the settings of the piano a bit to give it a bit of a strange timbre, which I think turned out pretty cool.  Tracks 2 and 3 are both recorded from Arturia's Augmented Strings instrument, which is pictured below.  Although this is a string sounding instrument, it has a lot of synthier sounds too, which these utilize, particularly Track 3 which has the rhythmic bit.  Track 4 is the last one here, using a ROLI synth sound, and just playing some arpeggios of C5 and F5, though with the long release, the individual notes blend together into a single texture.  I think if I were to expand on this, I'd definitely add some more harmonic variation, break things up so it isn't the same 2 chord loop over and over.  I'll play around with it a bit tomorrow and see where things go.</div>
