Crispy Salmon Plate
I haven't really posted about cooking, maybe only a couple of times during my 4 years here. The fact is that I like cooking and enjoy doing it. Maybe not on a daily basis because I need to make something every day to eat but when I have found an interesting recipe, I love replicating it.
Sometimes I look up interesting recipes by Gordon Ramsay, go to the store, buy all the necessary ingredients and try to make them as best as I can.

Here is a Crispy Salmon one I recently did.
I photographed it up to make a post and share it with you here.

All you need for this dish is as follows:

1) Potato - boil it and peel it, then smashed it with a fork.
2) Spring onion - add chopped onion to the mashed potatoes.
3) Salt and pepper - season mashed potatoes.
4) White crab meat - Slightly fry on the pan and add to the mashed potatoes.
5) Self-made vinegar composed of olive oil, water, citrus juice, salt and pepper - add to the mashed potatoes to remove dryness and also adds a nice taste.
6) Small tomatoes- Cut in half, season them and send to the oven for about 10 min - served on the plate.
7) Coriander - chop it and add to the mashed potatoes
8) Piece of nice salmon with skin - Cut lines on the skin so it cooks evenly, season it and add self-made vinegar on top. flip salmon twice only.
9) Basil( or Rosemary)- Cut it and add into the cuts of salmon skin for an extra taste before frying.

Overall, it's a fast-made dish. Boiling potatoes take the longest and frying salmon takes only 4-5 min.
At first, I was a bit hesitant about how crab meat mixes with mashed potatoes but it tastes really good with it. No reason to doubt what Ramsay does, after all a guy got 7 Michelin stars at the moment.
Also, I have never been a fan of eating fish skin. That is mainly because I had never fried it crispy before, It tastes absolutely lovely this way.

Give it a try if you enjoy cooking yourself, it's a simple and fast dish!
After making this post I got into the mood of doing something interesting today as well.
