Checking my bank account is like checking the news.
You don't really want that.

My hut is facing south west
and through the old kitchen window I can see far
over snow covered pines standing on a hilly landscape
waiting for the morning sun to flood them with orange light.

I don't feel any pain
just sore arms from shoveling snow
and my lower back has seen better days.

But I'm doing good.
