I find these big piles of bricks annoying. It’s just decay albeit nice decay but just decay. It’s a big hunt for anything stunningly interesting. It’s been empty too long.  A workhouse was built on land here in the mid 1800’s and in 1913, this was added as an infirmary to support said workhouse. In 1948 it became lluesty general hospital, in closed in 2008. Aforementioned workhouse is now completely renovated, and this behemoth is next, it’s currently all scaffolded up.   Right on the main road, next door to the Security controlled workhouse construction it was a case of coming at it from behind.     Through the maintenance workshop and walk the desolate corridors some remnants of health care still to be seen in situ    Open lift shafts I took the stairs to the roof       Ignoring the lift I retraced by steps and went home  Just stopping to admire the wallpaper  [//]:# (!pinmapple 53.270934 lat -3.222606 long d3scr)
