...  guessing it has to do with the fact that January is such a great month for healthier recipes. Good news though, now I’m getting back my sweet ideas for future recipes. 

I’m guessing that the reason for that is because Valentine’s Day and Springtime on the horizon always have me wanting to create things with chocolate and lots of berries! (Okay, so maybe Springtime is a little bit far off for me but I'm trying to be positive.)

I've also been really into quick easy stuff when cooking because life is busy this year. These bars are just that.
