I am Guilherme Neyra. I am a Peruvian/Brazilian administrator; lecturer specialized in Human Resources, Soft Skills and Entrepreneurship with a different perspective: **THE HUMOR**. I am trained in Stand Up Comedy and I apply humor as a way of life. All my conferences, workshops and training sessions have humorous base and vision. I love sharing knowledge, ideas and talking about Social Responsibility. However, life is not only about working, so I also share random material in order to entertain, make people laugh and put away stress during the day, because a person who smiles is more productive at work and has better interpersonal relationships.
