I have been hearing about **ForgeDex** off lately. And based on the information provided on **ForgeDex** twitter handle the launch of @EvmosOrg community owned DEX aka **ForgeDex** is today. This Dex is an outcome of  the Evmos community passed [proposal #128,](https://www.mintscan.io/evmos/proposals/128) to build a Community Owned UniV3 DEX. All of this is being built in collaboration, which is powered by OrbitalApes and the Evmos DAO. At the initial lauch of ForgeDex - what can the users expect and to answer that question, we would be having the following features::

- UniV3 functionalities
- Zero protocol fees at launch
- IBC conversion page 
- Keplr integration 
- Bridge integration 
- Future Evmos/Cross-Chain innovation

We also saw this news recently, where @Stride team announced their partnership with @ForgeDEX. check the news [here](https://twitter.com/stride_zone/status/1643598675996811264). The announcement further went on to add that Stride's $stEVMOS will be the common base pair token, and Stride DAO will be providing liquidity incentives. So overall a positive news for EVMOS as ForDex will be the first of its Dex launching on @EvmosOrg.

I am hoping that with the launch of the ForDex we could see a good momentum build up for both the coins $STRD and $EVMOS. Currently $STRD is trading near a dollar and $EVMOS is up 1% trading close to $0.37+ cents. I am looking forward to the launch of this Dex and the plan is to move some of my investments which I already have on Osmosis for $EVMOS - $stEVMOS to this Dex if the APRs are looking tempting. I also plan to leverage my daily $EVMOS staking rewards to pair it with other liquid staking assets. Lets hope for the best and see what TLV numbers we see from Forge Dex in near future... cheers.
