Shifting gears from speaking about Crypto, Finance and here I am with a new topic for this FreeWriting Series post. Its said that an employee only leaves the company because of a bad manger. I agree to an extent but this is not always a truth. I left one company during my career due to challenges with my manager, but I have also moved on from another company for better job prospects and a higher pay package. Lets now dive into signs of a great leader which are::

- You are Humble
- You give great/right feedback
- You put others first
- You empower your team
- You Support your team
- You walk the talk
- You motivate others
- You Celebrate others
- You admit mistakes
- You stand up for people
- You have high integrity
- You are kind to everyone

As a leader Do you do all of these simple things? I am sure some of the points would resonate with you very well. I am a leader myself and I have around 5 people reporting to me. As a leader my first priority is my team and then comes the individual. As a team we need to meet the business objectives and then I look into the induvial performance or may say their contribution or dedication in the project. My leadership style is **empowering my team** so as to get the things done. I try removing all the road blocks for them and set the roadmaps and then empower them to accomplish those goals defined. Empowering the team simple let those ideas from the team coming out and then as a team we need to work on the best one in hand. This way all the team members get to contribute and doesn't feel left out. Admitting mistakes once done is good overall as opposed to playing a blaming game. I don't feel bad in admitting if I have made a mistake and to be honest mistakes done early is a good sign of development. There is this famous proverb which goes by - **Fail FAST & Lear FASTER..**  This emphasizes the importance of recognizing and addressing errors quickly, as each mistake provides valuable lessons that pave the way for growth and success. Mistakes are not setbacks as they are stepping stones to improvement and gives the opportunities of refining a process if need be. Finally before I end this post, I would like to touch base on this point which is - **Have High Integrity** meaning that a leader should care for their people and must have empathy for their professional and personal challenges. At times it not just professional challenges as a leader you need to support them with their personal challenges as well. Help them out where possible be that guide for them.  The Avtar with solutions the master mind who inspires and empowers others to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
