Recently, I surpassed this big milestone of having 65K+ $HIVE in my account. Therefore, I wanted to take a moment and reflect back and see how my HIVE account has grown here on the [HIVE Blockchain.](https://hive.io/). Most of the $HIVE is in the for of **HIVE Power** [HP] and around 24K+ has been delegated to accounts like @leo.voter and others to have and explore other passive income streams here on the Hive blockchain.

Incase you did like to explore your $HIVE account then you can also do the same by simply checking the analytics section on the dashboard page on [peakd](https://peakd.com). The page demonstrates your account stats based on the activity performed on the Hive blockchain. There are many charts that one can explore and they are :: curation, rewards, account growth, incoming and outgoing votes etc etc... Its a good place to get a sense of your $HIVE account in general and based on that you can take some decisions or set GOALs for your HIVE account accordingly.

### My $HIVE GOAL for 2023 - 75K+ HP

At the start of this year, I had this stretch GOAL created for my $HIVE account. A stretch goal basically is a high-effort and high-risk goal. I like setting stretch goals as this gives you the opportunity to work hard and achieve more and here its the $HIVE rewards. At this point in time I need to acquire another 10K+ $HIVE and I have 3 more quarters to go for this financial year to ends. Hence 10K/3 is like 3333+ $HIVE to be accumulated every quarter, which would mean 3333/3 - 1K+ every month. And at the moment here my $HIVE earnings report that includes Author and curation rewards.

Lets take the average numbers, HBD that I am earning is somewhat 5 HBD per day. I am not touching HBD and this directly goes to HBD savings account. Whereas with regards to HP/Vest its around 10+ HP daily and we can add another 5+ HP for curation. This turns out to be 15+ HP and lets add another 5+ HP via the passive income streams. So altogether this comes out to be 20+ HP daily and in a month it would be close to 600+ HP so short of another 500+ HP to achieve my my GOAL of having 75K+ Hive power. Right now I have not thought that how I would get this short HP. But if down the lane there strikes an opportunity where I am getting a good conversion of HBD for $HIVE then I may consider that. Also, there is HBD saving earnings that I could leverage as well to buy in $HIVE. Anyways, I could also consider buying in a good chunk of $HIVE who knows. When there comes a right time, I would be exploring this opportunity as well to buy in $HIVE. Finally tghe strategy ahead for $HIVE would be achieve the GOAL for $HIVE that I have set for myself for 2023 i.e. 75K+ Hive Power. And all this is just an example to keep **Building & HOLding** on to your crypto assets for a brighter future. As I strongly believe that Web3.0 is the future and the early adopters are the ones going to benefit the most. Lets hope for the best... $HIVE to the moon.... cheers
