The witness nodes are the best example of decentralization, where the top witnesses were chosen by the users and they take part in he crucial decision making on hive blockchain. SO the users choose the witnesses and on behalf of the users they take the decision and again the majority play a major role . No ne witness take the decision and every decision should be accepted my the majority then only it can be implemented.
