## "I Don't See the Heavy Traffic In Here"

This was one afternoon when I went out for a walk and to buy something to cook for dinner in the near market. It's nearly sunset when I took this photo while I was in the overpass. Something just came to my mind.

I'm part of a 3rd world developing country and it's normal that the traffic here is heavy most of the time but I can't help to think, why that's the case? It's not heavy traffic "all of the time" so I guess something is really wrong with what these people are doing.

I usually hear that the traffic condition of a country tells a lot about how its economy is growing either for good or worse but I tend to think a little bit different. Maybe it's more correct to say that it's the reflection of how citizens are willing or unwilling to follow the law.
