My Abs Training - Best exercises for Abs

Hello everybody

Today I want to share with you some of my best exercises for abs. 
I don't like to make a lot of exercises for abs. I usually made 2 exercises 2-3 times per week after training. It only took me 10 minutes and I can say that this method works perfectly for me.

Abs are muscle group which works at almost every exercise because of stability so from my opinion it is unnecessarily to train abs too often.
Also, I never train my abs after leg or back workout, because they are a large group of muscles and there is no need to give your body more effort. 

Train abs after shoulders, arms and if you want chest training because they are a smaller group of muscles and you will not be so tired after training.

I usually do this leg raises for abs because it works perfectly for me. I usually do 4 sets with max numbers of reps of each exercise with the rest of 60-90 sec between sets.
