A fractal pattern has strong similarity to a prior pattern. They are never exactly identical but as nature moves per fibonacci sequences, fractals occur. Take a look at the two white boxes. I see fractals. The smaller, first fractal resulted in a price explosion up. If the fractals are relational, the second is expected to do the same.
