Target is $4.72  Below is same but much larger in time scope. Check out how the five impulse waves were put in and the a,b,c is now done with the cup pattern formed with only the handle remaining!  The OBITS/BTC is forward discerned to follow the bowl pathway for now with an expected handle. It's clearly lagging the USD pair.
