**SUMMARY**

Paypal (PYPL) has completed a five wave up sequence as shown in below chart. The subwaves of white wave 3 confirms that the five impulse is likley finished. Elliott Waves states that after five waves, there is a requisite correction. The correction started back in January and from the looks of it, it'll be a bit complex. the downward pointing bull flag is the current leading pattern potential.

If you look at the MACD, it's giving oversold status. This means that price is likely to swing up but not as a trend reversal. It'll probably still be contained by the upper white flag line. The sequence of the correction will probably be an abcde of which a,b,c are complete. Once complete, a sizable breakout is expected and perhaps that could jive with an Paypal being an early adopter of Cryptocurrencies for mass commercial payment platform. Hmm, news or events shall arrive to justify the forecast.
