**SUMMARY**

Pepsico (PEP) has likely completed a long term five wave sequence as can be seen in the below chart. If wave 5 is complete, then the requisite correction has likely started (red circle). The decline thus far has been vertical and scary for most holders; especially those who had bought at the top. That is the ways of bag holders...those who hand over money to the profit takers. However, a sizable B wave bounce could offer another opportunity to take profits.

Whave 5 consists of a very nice set of impulse subwaves (blue). The initial decline from wave 5 is currently sitting on the lower support trendline. Notice the MACD being very oversold. This sets up for an attractive B wave bounce that could tretrace 0.78 Fib level of the initial decline. Then, C wave down could again become scary for any who had not taken profits.
