**SUMMARY**

The chart is all I look at, nothing else. No news, no events, no fundamentals. It took me many years to fully convert to the belief that PRICE drives the news; PRICE drives the events; PRICE drives the fundamentals and NEVER the reverse. Many have difficulty understanding this, nevermind believing it and see it as an upside down thinking. Having made accurate forecasts much earlier than the news, I've consistently realized that news or events eventually arrive to justify the forecast...NEVER the reverse.

The below chart of SafeX shows that the a,b,c correction is likely complete. The bull flag is already breaking out and the blue symmetrical triangle adds to the bullish intentions of price. I've added the Elliott Waves to target $0.0463 or higher.
