On Sunday morning, I walked briskly for 10 minutes just after finishing the Fajr prayer (the morning prayer). I couldn't make it longer because I had a shortage of time to prepare my kid for school. I dropped him at his school at 7:10 am. 

After breakfast, I joined the morning shift duty at 8 am and it ended at noon. I went directly to the school to pick my kid up. After lunch, we had a short afternoon nap before joining the evening shift duty at 4 pm.

The shift ended at 9 pm. On Sunday, I consulted 42 patients in my chamber. Hence, It was quite a busy time, mostly during the afternoon/evening shift. In the visa medical section, around 35 people came for the fitness test. 

After 9 pm, we went out in our car. We visited some shopping centers to purchase a few things. we returned after 10:30 pm. We went to bed after 11:30 pm. 

According to the Fitbit app, on Sunday I made over 12.5k steps.
