When travellers are coming home, some of them are bringing additional gifts(!) in the form of AIDS (HIV infection) and  Hepatitis (B and C). These are few bits of advice for then who are planning to travel abroad but don't want to have such killers in them:
* Do not have sex with sex workers
* Do not have sex with local girls/boys
* Do not have sex with unknown persons 
 ~~Why do you need to have sex while travelling? You can't control your sexual urge for few days!!!~~

* (If you can't control at all) Use barrier methods while having sex
* Do not share needles ( do not do tattooing or ear piercing or take drugs with shared needles )
* Keep your own, safe and sterilized medical kits with you if you are travelling to a high-risk area where those might be needed. 
* (If possible ) Try to avoid taking a blood transfusion. If inevitable, take properly screened and cross-matched blood. 
* Complete hepatitis B vaccination before travelling.
