We all know how challenging life is and that we cant achieve our goals without leaving our comfort zone.  Walking out of a safe situation into the excitement of the unknown. Even pain has many levels and appears in different situations. We can be very happy to achieve one of our biggest goals, but we dont feel good about it as we thought we would. We also experience pain after betrayal, loneliness and loss.
No one likes pain or chooses to experience it and nobody can escape it. Painful memories will stay with us for the rest of our lives and once we recall them, everything feels real as it is happening at that moment.
