 We are going fast forward toward lighter and longer days. Finally after almost 14 day with bad weather we had perfect conditions for skiing up in the mountains. Today we took trip to and area where a sports club make ski trails. Almost bright sky and around minus 6 degree celsius is perfect when skiing. The light was also nice. It is far from obvious that the light is beautiful every time one walks in the mountains. You have to take what you get.   Today's skiing was 13 km inward a valley called Maridalen a few mile from home.   Towards the west the light is pale with a little touch of pink, reflected from the sun in the east.        Around halfway we took a brake, with food, hot chocolate and coffee. With varm clothes we rested around 30 minutes before it was time to move before we got too cold.    Where I live is the sunset is 13:45. When the sun was on the highest we could see the sun shine on the clouds. Within a week or two sun is above the mountain.        Hope you enjoyed skiing with us.
