# What's Up Dtube, my name is Harshil Patel and today I want to share my thoughts on traveling stress FREE

Since I'm traveling For a year, I knew I was going to feel lonely and more importantly stressed from time to time. That being said, I wanted to make sure that I can reduce the number of times I feel stressed by taking time to pack and create the environment I want beforehand.

# Let Me Explain - This is what I did before I left for traveling: 

1. Travel light - This way, you can go from place to place without having the fear you misplaced something. 
2. Reduce your apps to one screen - This is a personal one for me but honestly I hate needing to flip through pages of apps. In times of stress knowing that I have everything I need in one screen is HUGE.
