 Hello everyone, good afternoon, how are you everyone, I hope you are always healthy and happy, today is a pretty sunny afternoon. Today I will share my lunch menu post that I cook myself with various kinds of vegetables. Today's lunch menu is a typical pliek sauce from Aceh, namely a sauce containing vegetables, bamboo shoots, shrimp, beans and many other vegetables. Pliek sauce is a food menu that is quite complicated in the process of making it because there are many ingredients that must be provided in the peli sauce because it also contains fish, namely tuna which has been boiled first and then put in there later, don't forget the Acehnese specialty which has various kinds of spices. many of which are very prominent and taste very delicious and are very delicious when enjoyed with salted fish. Pliek is leftover coconut dregs that have been roasted for approximately 3 days. This is a spice for typical Acehnese curry dishes. This pliek sauce is very delicious to enjoy with hot rice and usually this pliek sauce is served at events in Aceh and also when we want it we can cook it on the following usual days. Later, maybe I will share the complete recipe regarding this soup. You can also enjoy the dishes in your respective areas and can also cook them yourself because of the joy of cooking.
