**The global logistics market is valued in 12 digits and it continues to grow.**

Logistics is generally associated as a supporting operation for other business. The reality is that logistics is comprised of a massive flow of operations in itself and a huge portion of it has shifted to digital interactions. While the in-ground relations remain primarily the same, the inter-business communication in logistics is, like any industry, greatly eased by the internet. There are, however, strict limitations to what the internet can achieve in its current state.

Presently, despite the myriad opportunities and benefits the internet has provided, it cannot internally support value transfer. The interactions in logistics are value additive but the internet can only provide a medium for communication or information. Blockchain technology holds the key to taking the internet from being the internet of information (transfer) to the internet of value (transfer). One of the greatest beneficiaries of this shift will be the logistics industry as most of the participants in a logistics operation don't just need to communicate with each other, but also need to pay one another. 

At present, despite the size of the logistics market, value transfers happen through intermediaries that act as middlemen who absorb fees by merely providing the medium of value transfer. This adds a burdensome cost to any logistic operation even though the intermediary’s fee has nothing to do with the actual transport. 

Blockchain technology provides the means to escape this inefficient structure and gives the participants of any logistical operation to sustain the value transfer by themselves.

<center><h1>Logistics of the Future</h1></center>

SKYFchain is creating an Operational Platform for the logistics market where much of the communication of a logistical operation can also internalize its value transfer.

*There is, however, a strict limitation to the abilities of SKYFchain as it acts as a Business-to-Robots (B2R) Operating Platform.*
This gives a two-edged factor to this new development. 

The limiting factor is that much of SKYFchain's value additives are limited to logistical operations that are being fulfilled by autonomous vehicles (aka computerized vehicles). 

On the other hand, SKYFchain has developed its own transport fulfillment drone and aims to onboard partners who also provide transport fulfillment via drones. This alligns SKYFchain with the future of logistics which will largely involve automated logistics due to their cost-reducing attributes. SKYFchain, through its ability to internalize information and value transfer within a logistical operation, makes the usage of autonomous vehicles only more attractive for logistics.
