Hi again all! 

I have been busy filling my mind with documentaries, stories, blogs and videos today searching for clarity on some new ideas...searching for some answers!!! I have a few big posts in the works about these said ideas, but for today I wanted to share with you this little snippet of a sentence heard on a video today...

"Don't think of high levels of consciousness in a low state of consciousness, because its not going to make sense!"

This sentence made me laugh! I said in a post yesterday that I feel like I have had a life changing few days because of what I have learned, well...I'll be the first to tell you that there is no way my old brain could have processed these ideas!!! There is no way that I could have understood some of the things I have in the past few days if I was sitting in the same space (level of awareness) that I have for so long.... And whats funny, I will probably be saying that last sentence again when I have my next big A-HA moment!!!

This quote was relevant for me in another way today. I had been researching and writing since noon and just started to feel exhausted, like my brain was not absorbing anything, and a bit flat.... So, I got my pup into the car and we headed off  for a long walk in the forest, where better place to go to raise everything back up!!! I came back home and have continued to research and write (evidently ;)) for hours and hours.... so yep....clearly Im a fan of these words!!!

So many things I want to write about and until I am happy to share the posts I have in the works, I hope sharing this brings about a little light bulb moment to your day :)
