 ### In today's lunch I provoke some Creole beans, I want to share with you the recipe because the truth is that I am very good. ## The ingredients that he used were the following: 1. Smoked pork bones. 2. Chicken 3. Smoked chops 4. Chorizo 5. Pepper 6. Onion 7. Cebollín 8. Garlic 9. Chili and paprika 10. Cilantro 11. Mustard 12. Curri 13. Oregano 14. Ajinomoto ## Preparation: Cut the chop, the chicken into pieces and sausages, season only the chicken with salt, pepper and ajinomoto then heat a pan with little oil to sauté the dressings (garlic, chili, onion and paprika). The dressings should be well minced; sauté the chicken with the seasonings and finally the smoked chop. In a pot, soak the beans for 2 hours, remove the water and change it for new water, boil the beans for 20 minutes, add the smoked bones and wait 10 minutes, add the chicken, chorizo and chop together to the sofrito. Add salt to taste and a cube of chicken, finally add the cilantro. When the beans are soft it is a sign that everything is ready to eat. I hope you like my recipe and prepare it at home, unfortunately the hunger was so great that I forgot to take the final photo of the beans ready to eat.
