Feeling guilty without doing something productive
Today I will share with you a writing in which a feeling that is quite common in all human beings is expressed but sometimes, because we are immersed in other thoughts, we do not realize it.

Without further ado, I start...

Last night I was lying looking at the ceiling when that remorse rose in my chest for having spent half the day doing almost nothing.
In one of those, I grabbed the laptop again and started hitting it again.

Before the quarantine, I never stopped directly and thanks to it I was able to realize this hyper-productivity and the perception of wasting valuable time doing NOTHING .

I am not a psychologist, however, I follow several, one of them is Fabiola Cuevas, who gives several recommendations in this regard.

How to realize that not only what generates money or is measurable, is productive.

So is watching a sunset, so it produces you as an individual by charging you with energy for what comes next.

It is not a day's journey, but like everything else, once you recognize yourself it is easier to travel it.

We believe that the more we do, the more we are
Point: Listen (us) and be honest to really know what we need and want to do.

Against: Being excessively self-demanding, comparing ourselves with others.

>"It is a vicious cycle: You will never have enough to feel valuable or you can or will be productive enough to feel successful because you will always want more." Fabiola Cuevas

>"The end of the day comes and I feel bad if I did not work what my mind considers to be " enough . " I think it has to do with the way we were educated and with the constant comparison based on what we see in the social networks. Everyone is doing a lot of things and I am not! "

It is enough to see someone being productive for us to want to be too. Or failing that, we feel bad for not doing something..

The problem is when we believe that based on what we do or have: We are .

Our worth as people does not depend on what we do...
