<b>Time passes so fast, the year has changed again. What is your resolution in the new year?</b>  The turn of the year, reflecting on the one year we've passed into a kind of need. Looking back at the days, weeks, months in the back while remembering what kind of foolishness, what outcomes are most proud of, what pain goes through, what's happening with the world, or what's missed even though it's the final resolution of 2017 welcomes 2018. If you're the kind of neat and meticulous person, do not let the journal book empty-empty, maybe a bit easy to see footsteps throughout the year. For those who do not have the regularity of memories of a year gone by, it may prefer to focus on the year immediately changed. Although of course the evaluation is still important so as not to repeat the same mistakes. Do not until this year to spend credit card ceiling just because of unnecessary shopping spree, next year not even less. Or if there is no specific target, whether the owner lives feel satisfied and happy.  Indeed, the end of year reflection is the managerial time. Some are good at using their time for productive and happy things, others passing through a year without doing anything that matters. There are always feel the lack of time, there is also a stress because too much free time but do not understand what to do. Everyone perceives a period of one year in different ways. The interpretation of success, happiness and achievement are different for each person. But whatever a person's role in society, whether leader, leader, or even subordinate in the lowest stratum, generally everyone wants to be the best in both career and personal life. End-of-year reflections can build self-awareness and when done right can help to achieve targets, both in career and personal life. <b>One way to reflect is to make a list of questions and answer them honestly.</b>   This can help evaluate trips that are nearing the end of the year. Here are some sample questions: <b>1.</b> <i>Is that going well? For example, during the year never experienced significant pain. Or the house occupied is not troublesome, no roof leak or no flood. Humans are often more focused on the bad things that happen to them to forget to appreciate the good things that actually happen more in life.</i> <b>2.</b> <i>Who are the people who bring difference, who support you even in the most critical moment? These people deserve a heartfelt thank-you. Disclose it personally, and let them know that their presence is very meaningful.</i>  <b>3.</b> <i>What is the most memorable experience? It's time to dig into what makes us most happy. For example, a study that lasted for several years and somewhat faltered eventually bear the bachelor's degree.</i> <b>4.</b> <i>What are the failures faced? One year is a long time. There is a sweet success story, but surely there is also a failure or bitterness of another life. Do not be afraid to relive these moments. Not to spoil the sadness, but to reflect and try to improve in the future.</i> <b>5.</b> <i>How did you grow for a year? This question sounds philosophical, but it needs to be answered. Everyone is expected to improve every day, whether in spiritual or skill.</i> <b>Problems in the homeland and Abroad</b> There are many other questions that can be added to help reflect on what has happened throughout the year. In a larger area and concerning nationality, of course many things happen. For example, how to see the journey of Indonesia in the past year. The <b>Pew Research Center</b> says 95% of Indonesians consider religion to be a very important part of life. Once the importance of religion, religious fanaticism and exclusivity is difficult to avoid. For me personally, the worries of intolerance are very disturbing. Religious fanaticism that gave birth to violence is still a problem in Indonesia. At the international level, violence still dominates the news. Tensions between the United States and North Korea, for example, are becoming more and more especially with Donald Trump's leadership style of provocation. Not to mention the mention of hunger, pestilence, natural disasters, and wars that resulted in millions of refugees and deaths. Each year has its own complexity, 2017 is no exception. Focusing on the bad will make us easy to stress, even depression. Because it's better to start a reflection of personal things. Looking back with the clear head of what things in 2017 are proud and make happy. Do not forget to give thanks because the year 2017 is coming to an end.
