Step 1. Remove stems from buds

Step 2. Grind/ breakup buds, preferably with a grinder or scissors or by hand.

Step 3. Smoke a bowl.

Step 4. Take a filter tip and make an accordion fold on one end. Now take that and fold it over and roll it between your fingers creating a cylinder shape.

Step 5. If you got the gummed tips simply lick the glue strip and roll in between fingers to seal. If you did not get the gummed tips any non toxic gluestick will work.

Step 6. Take a bong hit.

Step 7. Take a rolling paper and make a fold tword the bottom of the paper.

Step 8. Place the tip in one end of the folded paper.

Step 9. Take a small amount of your ground bud and put it in the paper down by the tip.

Step 10. Roll the paper upward and at a slight angle by the tip, make sure to tuck the paper under itself, creating a cone shape, lick and seal at the tip .

Step 11. Smoke a bowl.

Step 12. Take your ground bud and start filling your spliff by inserting it into the opening at the top of the cone.

Step 13. Get something long and thin (I like to use a bamboo skewer but a thin pen or pencil will also work). Use this to push your bud down and pack it tightly. Repeat Steps 9 and 10 until you are finished filling your j.

Step 14. When you are finished filling your cone twist the top end closed, look for the glue strip and lick to seal.

Step 15. Smoke a bowl.

Step 16. Take the joint by the twisted end in between your thumb and forefinger and squeeze right where the bud starts, gently shake it up and down. This pushes the bud down creating a denser, tighter joint which will burn slower and more evenly.
