Idea, Idea and Idea…the worst network provider company in India. I have requested to port my number from airtel to Idea on 8 July 2017 to one of the distributors of Idea. He called me on my number on 8 july 2017 and at the same day I called him to take my ID proof, one photo and 150 Rs as a service charge. I received message on 15 July 2017 “Congratulations Dear Customer, Your new Idea number is ready for activation. Dial 59059 for tele-verification.” When I changed my sim then there was no network. I tried to contact to customer care team but did not get a positive response. Further, I called to the guy who verified my documents and I am mentioning of her number here: 9891990830. I tried to contact her, but she did not reply. Then I called t the another number who had call me first time and he told me he is a genuine distributor of idea and his number was 9871888868. But he did not reply in a positive way. He forwarded my alternate number to another guy and he called so many times to me. His number is showing as “Delhi Police” on true caller and number is 9911123008. He called me on 19 July 2017 and told me that I have your sim and I will send it at your office address. I tried so many times to him but could not get a positive response from his side. And when my colleague called him, he abuses him and said “ I am gurjar and m tumhe wah tumhari jgh pr pitwa sakta hu.” that is the response I have received from idea team. Today is 20 July 2017 and still I am waiting to come network on my sim. I really hopeless with this network operator. I just want my number in other network operator. I tried to call idea customer care by call, facebook and twitter, but got a negative response. I really want to say ..wtf network….
