Hello, foodies, greetings as I mentioned before in our Indian garden we have some nice fruit trees- Mango, sapota, cashew, starfruit, lime, banana, and more but we are troubled with the monkey business.
After three years finally we arrived here. we were disappointed after seeing our garden which had gotten proper care from our gardener, but at least we were very happy to see one mango tree had fruits. We hoped we would get enough mangoes during our stay here. but the monkey families arrived and started destroying raw fruits on the tree. So I picked some green mangoes to make some pickles and some traditional recipes. Some mangoes I saved to try a new invention using the traditional style.
Here I am presenting this new recipe it tastes very suitable for the hot summer weather- children, as well as our visitors, liked it.
