_I would like to cordially invite you to another great week of the Amazing Nature Contest. There were already so many excellent entries regarding how amazing nature is in the past episodes, thanks to all of you, but there is still so much more to see! ^^ To participate in the **#amazingnature contest** just write up a post and explain how amazing nature is for you personally :)_

<h3>What is the Purpose of the Contest ?</h3>

_I am a huge nature-lover and really enjoy taking pictures of all the lovely things that surround me every day, no matter if plants, animals or landscapes. Hive to be a brilliant place to watch these while simultaneously reading and learning about nature from all over the world. There is such a diversity of great content, thanks to all of you, from different perspectives and out of various motivations. This contest attempts to collect all those beautiful snapshots and their amazing stories in a weekly compilation so that you all can benefit from the beauty that we are facing all the time, but so often are not able to appreciate in the modern and fast paced times we are living in._

_#amazingnature is at home in the DNA-Discord, a organization run by people for the people, with the aim to foster and densify nature-appreciation in the blockchain. DNA is also the home of the #featheredfriends and the @fungilovers communities._

*  **POST** your entry **INTO** the **[AMAZING NATURE COMMUNITY](https://hive.blog/trending/hive-127788)**. You use the **#amazingnature TAG** if you like to ^^ 
*  **CLEARLY MENTION** that your post is an **ENTRY** for this contest. 
*  All pictures have to be your own. You can use the amazing nature banner if you like or create your own. 
*  **STATE IN THE TEXT** why those pictures are representing **YOUR AMAZING NATURE**. This is an **ESSENTIAL** part of this contest.
*  Drop the **LINK** to your post **IN THE COMMENTS**. You can add a picture if you like. It is **NECESSARY** as I have to post a link in Discord on Friday, 5 days later for voting and also for my own compiling purposes.
* The entry window is open for **~ 5 DAYS**. Watch out for the **-CLOSED** in the title. 

_If you miss the entry, please wait for the next round. As I have to work and also to manage a family there are no fixed UTC times. The window can open in a wide range between 10 am - 10 pm and also close accordingly ^^_

_I will present all participants in the entries section of the announcement posts that will be published roughly one week later on Sunday (depending on my time schedule this may shift ^^). This way you will have a nice compilation of them all. As an special feature, the new title picture will be created from the entry of the contest winner. This time it is from @qwerrie._

<h3>How are the Winners chosen ? </h3>

_The voting on the winners will be done by the whole DNA community. Therefore we created a special contest channel in the **[DNA Discord](https://discordapp.com/invite/ATefGeY)** (Amazing Nature Contest). Here I will post the announcement post including the winners (Announcements) **EACH SUNDAY** together with all your entries (Entries) **EACH FRIDAY**. Every member of DNA will be able to assign "voting emojis" under the entries for **24 HOURS**. In the end those three with the most are the lucky winners. I will engage as a judge in case of a draw ^^_

_The winner of this weeks contest is @qwerrie wth hie entry about his autumn trophies, several Boletos ^^ .. Red-head Boletos (Leccinus Auracantius) are his favourite mushroom to find since childhood days as they have an fascinated look. These edibale funghi usually appear in families, but not in huge clusters, and are quite common ones. They can vary the exact colour of their caps and stems and can also appear in a delicate pale-orange or neon-red colour. Thank you for this entry from your last hunting tour. Keep you hunting instinct alive and the beauty and excitement of the funghi hunt will await you everywhere and every day in the forests ^^_

_The entry from @keuudeip is about some enchanting and mysterious beautiful paintings of floral patterns in the beach sand, which can be found especially on the sandy beaches of the Indo-Pacific region. They are the results of the work of nature and are created without the slightest human intervention. He also shows us some great sand balls structures. Each ball has approximately the same size and they are all arranged according to a certain design that is similiar to a galaxtic map with a black hole in its center. This amazing sand ball patterns are created by little sand crabs. These are feeding from the organic particles in the sand grains. They are shoveling the sand with their tongs. This way they get the particles into their mouths which will subsequently arrange back to the sand in such a beautiful way. Thank you very much for this beautiful natural sand crab art ^^_

_The entry from @soyunasantacruz, and her secont participation in the contest, is about a little green, hairy, very pretty, and quick worm that managed to get to her leg without asking for any permission ^^ Hw was enjoying the green of her sport pants, a color that usually calls the attention to these little animals and it is not the first time the crawled upon them ;) ..
