***Hello my dear Hive friends,*** Sri Lankan mangoes are an easy fruit to find these days. Mango is a delicious and nutritious fruit that can be enjoyed in many ways. Today I am going to prepare a delicious curry with raw mangoes. Also ripe mangoes can be eaten as a delicious fruit and raw mangoes can be used in cooking. Raw mangoes are often used to make a sour curry called "mango curry" in Sri Lanka. It is important to note that not all mangoes are suitable for making curry, so it is a good idea to test the mangoes for this. Mangoes are also an excellent source of nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber. They can be used as a healthy food. So let's see how to make it    ## Ingredients; **Raw mangoes 300g** **Large onion 01** **Curry leaves 01pinch** **Green chilies 02** **Two or three garlic** **Chili powder 02 tsp** **Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp** **Coconut oil 03 tbsp** **Salt powder as needed** **Mustard 01 tsp** **unroasted curry powder 01 tsp** **1 cup of coconut milk** **1 cup of water**      ## Method... **1.step** ## First, peel and wash the raw mango.   **2.step** #### After that, cut the mango into bite-sized pieces.  **3.step** #### #### Now keep the pot on the gas stove. Once the pan is hot, add the oil. Let it heat up a bit.  **4.step** #### Then put the chopped garlic in the pot. Fry it for about 2 minutes until golden brown.   **5.step** #### Then add the chopped onions to the pot and fry them for about 2 minutes until golden and Add curry leaves.   **6.step** #### Then add Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Turmeric powder, Salt powder, Mustard, unroasted curry powder. fry it well for about 2 minutes.    **7.step** #### Then add the chopped mango pieces to the pot.      **8.step** #### Then stir everything well and add a cup of water and #### Then cook for about 5 minutes.   **9.step** #### After boiling for about 5 minutes, add a cup of coconut milk.     #### Then after it boils for about 3 minutes, take it off the stove. Now the mango curry is done. It can be served with bread or rice. Very healthy. I forgot to say something. If the mango curry is too spicy, add some sugar. Try this too. And so on.
