Also, finely chop the onion and garlic. Once the radish mixture has soaked well, squeeze out the excess water thoroughly and set it aside.  Next, take a cooking pan and add about one tablespoon of coconut oil. Place it on the stove and allow the oil to heat over low flame. Once the oil is hot, add fenugreek seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves, and garlic. Stir well and let it fry until fragrant.  Now, add turmeric powder, chili powder, and curry powder to it and mix well.  Now, add the sliced Radish (rabu) to the mixture along with a little coconut milk, and cook for about 5 minutes. Then remove it from the heat.   Once your radishes curry is perfectly cookedโsoft, aromatic, and infused with spicesโitโs ready to be served alongside a warm plate of rice or roti. This comforting dish brings together both nutrition and flavor, making it a valuable addition to your everyday meals.
