The knowledge of hive is one good thing but coming onboard is one of the best things that happened to me. My process of learning is always a rugged one, a times it can be so frustrating that I will feel like giving up but when I think deeply of how I wish to affect others positive with the knowledge acquired it will ignite a fresh passion in me.

Early last year I moved to hive from steemit after asking several questions which I got some faint reply. Getting in I decided to go on a journey of enquiry. Truth be told, if you don't have a mentor in here a day will come you will run into depression especially when you see that alot of persons get it and you don't. So I have swim several water in here and can make bold to say I know a little that can help a newbie catch his way around. In my discovery, I got to understand that hive is so wide that one can get lost if he does not have a road map.

### How have we used it to help others? Do we bring others onboard? 
In the society we find ourselves too that work is everywhere in disguise most people look for a means of survival most importantly now that a new means of making ends meet is evolving many persons are lossing their jobs for AI so if one insists on the old method it will get to a time he or she will loss relevance. 

Of all I have learnt on getting onboard I have reached out with same to many persons. I take the pain of coaching both online and offline. Most times from my earning in here I get subscription and hotspot my mentee to make sure we get going. Not that we blow our trumpet by the mercies of God I have more than 10 persons on board who are actively blogging and can testify. 

In as much as you take the horse to the stream to get some water but you cannot force it to drink, there are many persons who after spending so much time and data to make sure they get it right they decide not to be active. But everyone that is active gives me joy especially when they make themselves teachable and follow the rules.

### Do we use our earnings for the benefits of others both on chain and in real life? 
Since I was a child till now am an adult one thing I learnt from my parents is to always share what we have with others no matter how little. This mentality have been I guide to me in everything I do my earning on hive inclusive.

Not only do I subscribe my phone and hotspot people that come for coaching and the time spent too but I go further to skill empowerment. I have resolved to impact atleast one person a year from my personal earnings. Going for more than one may not be visible for me based on what goes into my wallet and considering other responsibilities I have to take care of. But hopefully when the earning increases it will be increased. From my hive earnings I have resolved to use it to get people on board too that's paying for the account. Just yesterday I just discovered the option while using ecency front end to sign up two persons. Though am not so sure of how many hive was deducted for each account but it worth something in any way.

We don't just live for ourselves or the immediate family, in all we should look around for ways to empower the people around us. So many persons are facing lots of difficulties and they don't know who to relate to that will not blow the trumpet around. Just by wisdom, you can offer that help seemlessly. It's my prayer that we grow the mind of giving a helping hand to people around us.
