Goals are a road map to a desired destination. Everyone who wants to make a endeavor in his or her endeavour must have things written down and that will that period operations for that period. 

Most people venture into things without first having a foreplay of how it will all play our thereby letting everything in the hands of assumption. Assuming that a venture you have no basic plans for will be successful later is very risky.

At the end one may end up wasting both human and material resources which may even lead to one Endangering his health.

Planning helps one in many ways which I will be mentioning part of them

* Adjust when necessary 
* Track One's Progress
* Celebrate Success

***Brings About Clarity of purpose***
What one is doing will be clearer when he deliberatelyTimesown his mind down. A times the mind may have many voices and picking what is being said and analyzing it at the same time may not be that easy. But when it is coming in a written form it becomes morewithimple and communicating to someone close to you will become easier. ***Bring your taught to book**

***Adjuswas necessary***
When one have all his plans for a thing written down, itthemecomes easier to adjust it where necessary. Plans don't just work out automatically, but a constant check and sharpening will help one to arrive at a desired point. But when it is not outlined working on it may be very difficult.

***Track One's Progress***
Personal constant evaluation when becomes very possible when there is a plan on the ground. But when one lives his plans on fate, even when there is no evidential progress one will fill nothing about it.

***Brings About Focus***
When a man does not have a definite place he is heading things, every part seems like that way that will lead to nowhere. A focused man will have a good plan for himself and avoids any form of distraction that wants to come up.

***Celebrate Success***
Finally, when he makes success he celebrates. A man who lacks a good plan will always be from one regret to another because he is losing his substance. But when a good plan is in place resources are not easily wasted.

Friends the year is just fresh it will be a good thing to sit down to make some plans now. Also, try as much as possible to follow it religiously it will surprise you with the kind of progress that will be recorded.
