A thorough expenditure overview will be provided. Currently HiveFest 2022 budget is in the works, conference venues have been confirmed. 

The generic vision behind the @valueplan funding is to use this to cover the part of  budget allocated to the "fixed costs" of the event:
- Venues rentals (conf days, side activities, checkin/checkout)
- Tech
- Production 
- Insurance
- Marketing/Event branding
- VAT
