We live in a day and age where technological advances have allowed us to easily perform many tasks that were previously impossible for mankind. Languages do not escape from these advances. We can observe this with the emergence of new technologies that allow humans to break the barrier of expression and thus be able to establish a highly effective communication between users of these wonders of technology. This does not mean that there is no room for learning. On the contrary, the possibilities and ease that we have today, allow us to study from different angles and ways many topics that were once difficult to reach for all of us. 

Since humanity has existed, language has been a fundamental pillar to express our feelings, emotions, but most importantly; it has allowed us to establish communication between individuals resulting in a greater collective understanding. Whether written or oral, without language and the ability to communicate, our societies would probably not have the progress we are experiencing at a communicational level.

Hive's **blockchain** is a protocol that offers many spaces to develop ideas both in the technological field through the creation of decentralized applications and at the human level, where through communities, we can together maintain the focus on a particular idea or **niche**. Reason enough to take the leap and finally include among the many **communities** that make life in this space, one that is focused on the development of our language and communication skills. 

After many conversations between @jonsnow1983 and @pacoandujar (founders of **HiveLingual**), with the valuable collaboration of @ilazramusic, @madefrance, and @eddiespino, for which we are very grateful. The idea was born to create a community where all, absolutely all **Hivers** will be able to test their language skills.

**HiveLingual** is a community dedicated to fostering the teaching, learning, development, and innovation of our language skills within the **Hive blockchain**, through trainings at all levels by contributing original content within our community. It is a space dedicated to the study of languages both in written and conversational level through the use of various tools and development of ideas among which there would be a study plan for users who wish to learn a particular language. 

# Goals

The main goal of **HiveLingual** is to allow **Hive** users to have a space where **hivers** can find relevant content about languages they may wish to learn. Due to the nature of our community, we could say that it is a very open space due to the amount of languages, dialects, and ways to communicate that exists. We also have the following short-term goals: 

* Creating a **Discord** and **Telegram** channel.
* To Establish a conversational club.
* Developing a **Spanish-English** course by levels and sub-levels.
* To Promote the **HiveLingual** community through **Web2** spaces such as **Twitter**, **TikTok**, among others and thus establish a bridge between these ecosystems and **Hive**.
* Reviewing the community rules on a biweekly basis, and adjust them depending on the type of content that is presented in the community.
* To Establish alliances with other communities.
* To Expand the work team. 
* To Establish marketing strategies. 
* To Establish a savings plan in **$Hive** and **$HBD** with the intention of self-financing. 
* To Study the idea of creating a **Marketplace** for community members to offer services related to languages and teaching.

# English

As we all know, **English** is in fact the first language used worldwide. Taking this into account, we are going to adopt this amazing language as the standard measure for all posts within **Hiveingual**. Of course, and due to the purpose of our community, it can be combined with other languages, in this case the ones we learn or teach. For example: It is allowed to create content in English/Spanish, English/Italian, English/Portuguese, English/German, etc... The important thing is to take into account that we must use **English** as the main language.

### What content do we expect from content creators, educators, language learners, or beginners? 

Although **HiveLingual** in theory is a space with a broad scope as far as content types are concerned, we urge authors to: 

- Share their experience by teaching any language.
- If you study or practice a language, create content about your experiences, progress, goals. 
- If you don't know any languages but your first, and you want to learn. You will have the opportunity to do so within the community and publish your progress.
- 100% original grammar and/or pronunciation lessons of a given language.
- Audiovisual content that allows you to improve your conversational skills, interactive if possible.
- Tutorials, tips, advice to improve our grammar and conversational skills in other languages.  
- Quality comments, engaging on posts. 

# Why HiveLingual? 

The most important languages in the world need to be learned if we want to increase our chances of positioning ourselves in an already highly competitive market. The **Hive** ecosystem, although it has proven to be very diverse, is one in which **English** is still predominant. That's why there are plenty of reasons to train ourselves and together learn to improve the languages we are learning. We want to be that space where you can always find learning. The goal of the community is noble in the sense that rewards, despite being attractive, are not so relevant since our main reason is learning and educating.

# From zero to heroes

We are a project whose ultimate goal is to be **self-sustainable**, however we are open to receive support of any kind in order to grow as a community and improve our position within the communities. 

# Final thoughts

We know that good intentions alone won't get the job done. At the moment we are @jonsnow1983 and @pacoandujar at the helm but we want to make it very clear that this space belongs to everyone and is for everyone. We will need a bigger team, especially moderators who can cover other languages. Paco and I will be teaching **Spanish-English** for the time being while we study the progress of the project and make adjustments to promote improvements. ##### Versión en Español

Vivimos en un día y era en donde los avances tecnológicos nos han permitido realizar con facilidad muchas tareas que antes eran imposibles para la  humanidad. El lenguaje y los idiomas no escapan de estos avances. Lo podemos observar con la aparición de nuevas tecnologías que permiten al ser humano romper la barrera de la expresión y de esta manera poder establecer una comunicación altamente efectiva entre usuarios de estas maravillas de la tecnología. Esto no quiere decir que no hay espacio para el aprendizaje. Al contrario, las posibilidades y la facilidad que tenemos en la actualidad nos permite estudiar desde distintos ángulos y maneras muchos temas que otrora eran de difícil alcance para todos nosotros. 

Desde que la humanidad existe, el lenguaje ha sido un pilar fundamental para expresar nuestros sentimientos, emociones, pero más importante aún; Nos ha permitido establecer comunicación entre individuos resultando en un mayor entendimiento colectivo. Ya sea de manera escrita u oral, sin el lenguaje y la habilidad de poder comunicarnos, probablemente nuestras sociedades no tendrían el avance que estamos viviendo a nivel comunicacional.

La **blockchain de Hive** es un protocolo que ofrece muchos espacios para desarrollar ideas tanto en el ámbito tecnológico a través de la creación de aplicaciones descentralizadas como en el plano humano, en donde a través de las comunidades podemos en conjunto mantener el enfoque hacia una idea o **nicho** determinado. Razón suficiente para dar el salto y finalmente incluir entre las muchas **colmenas** que hacen vida en este espacio, una que este enfocada en el desarrollo de nuestras habilidades lingüísticas y comunicacionales. 

Después de muchas conversaciones entre @jonsnow1983 y @pacoandujar (fundadores de **HiveLingual**), con la muy valiosa colaboración de @ilazramusic, @madefrance, y @eddiespino, la cual agradecemos encarecidamente. **HiveLingual** es una comunidad dedicada a fomentar la enseñanza, aprendizaje, desarrollo, e innovación de nuestras habilidades lingüísticas dentro la **blockchain de Hive**, a través de capacitaciones en todos los niveles mediante la contribución de contenido original dentro de nuestra comunidad. Es un espacio dedicado al estudio de lenguajes e idiomas tanto a nivel escrito como conversacional mediante el uso de varias herramientas y desarrollo de ideas entre las cuales habrá un plan de estudio para los usuarios que deseen aprender un determinado idioma. 

# Objetivos

El objetivo principal de **HiveLingual** es permitirle al usuario de **Hive**, tener un espacio en donde puedan encontrar contenido relevante acerca de idiomas que deseemos aprender. Debido a la naturaleza de nuestra comunidad, podríamos decir que es un espacio muy abierto debido a la cantidad de idiomas, dialectos, y lenguajes que existen. También tenemos como metas los siguientes planteamientos a corto plazo: 

* Crear un canal de **Discord** y **Telegram**.
* Establecer un club conversacional.
* Elaborar un curso de **Español-Ingles** por niveles y sub-niveles.
* Promocionar a la comunidad **HiveLingual** a través de espacios de la **Web2** tales como **Twitter**, **TikTok**,  entre otros y de esta manera establecer el puente entre estos ecosistemas y **Hive**.
* Revisar quincenalmente las reglas de la comunidad, y ajustarlas dependiendo del tipo de contenido que se presente en la comunidad.
* Establecer alianzas con otras comunidades.
* Ampliar el equipo de trabajo. 
* Establecer estrategias de marketing. 
* Establecer un plan de ahorros en **$Hive** y **$HBD** con la intención de auto-financiarnos 
* Estudiar la idea de crear un **Marketplace** para que los miembros de la comunidad puedan ofrecer servicios relativos al lenguaje y enseñanza de idiomas.

# Ingles

Como todos sabemos, el **Ingles** es de hecho el primer idioma usado a nivel mundial. Tomando en cuenta esto, vamos a adoptar este asombroso idioma como medida estándar para todas las publicaciones dentro de **Hiveingual**. Por supuesto, y debido al propósito de nuestra comunidad, puede ser combinado con otros idiomas, en este caso los que nos toque aprender o enseñar. Por ejemplo: Está permitido crear contenido Inglés/Español, Inglés/Italiano, Inglés/Portugués, Inglés/Aleman, etc... Lo importante es tomar en cuenta que debemos usar como idioma principal el Ingles.

### ¿Qué contenido esperamos de los creadores de contenido, educadores, estudiantes de idiomas, o principiantes? 

A pesar de que **HiveLingual** en teoría es un espacio con un gran alcance en cuanto a tipos de contenido se refiere, instamos a los autores a: 

- Compartir su experiencia mediante la enseñanza de un idioma.
- Si estudias o practicas algún idioma, crear contenido acerca de sus experiencias, avances, metas. 
- Si no sabes algún idioma, y deseas aprender. Tendrás la oportunidad de hacerlo dentro de la comunidad y publicar tus avances
- Lecciones 100% originales de gramática y/o pronunciación de un idioma determinado.
- Contenido audiovisual que permita mejorar nuestras habilidades conversacionales, de ser posible interactivo.
- Tutoriales, tips, consejos para mejorar nuestra gramática y nivel de conversación en otros idiomas.  
- Comentarios de calidad dentro de las publicaciones. 

# ¿Por qué HiveLingual? 

Los idiomas más importantes del mundo requieren ser aprendidos si queremos aumentar nuestras posibilidades de posicionarnos en un mercado que ya es altamente competitivo. El ecosistema de **Hive** a pesar de que ha demostrado ser muy diverso, es uno en donde sigue predominando el idioma **Ingles**. Por eso hay razones de sobra para entrenarnos y juntos aprender a mejorar los idiomas que vamos aprendiendo. Queremos ser ese espacio en donde puedas salir siempre con aprendizaje. El objetivo de la comunidad es noble en el sentido de que se busca que las recompensas a pesar de ser atractivas, no sean tan relevantes ya que la principal razón es el aprendizaje. 

# Desde cero hasta héroes

Somos un proyecto que tiene como objetivo final **auto-sostenerse**, sin embargo estamos abiertos a recibir apoyo de cualquier tipo en aras de de crecer como comunidad y mejorar nuestra posición dentro de las comunidades. 

# Pensamientos finales

Sabemos que solo buenas intenciones no van a hacer el trabajo por si solos. De momento estamos @jonsnow1983 y @pacoandujar al timón sin embargo queremos dejar muy claro que este espacio es de todos y para todos. Necesitaremos de un equipo más grande de trabajo, sobre todo moderadores que puedan cubrir otros idiomas. Paco y yo vamos a estar enseñando **Español-Ingles** de momento mientras vamos estudiando el avance del proyecto y hacer ajustes que promuevan mejoras. Los esperamos en la que pueden considerar desde ya su comunidad oficial de aprendizaje y enseñanza de idiomas como lo es **HiveLingual**. Bienvenidos.
