When you take a photograph of a place, and scan it, you can get all information about it by this app, like Shazam.

You can read reviews for your search, get tips from foursquare, you can book reservations via OpenTable, directly book for Uber.
You can send reports, what is happening at that place real time and of course you can read, what is happening at that place real time.
