 我 也 喜 歡 參 與 接 力 跑 ， 事 源 在 中 學 三 年 級 時 ， 一 直 以 來 都 是 自 己 在 跑 ， 同 學 之 間 也 沒 有 人 陪 我 跑 。 突 然 在 一 場 比 賽 後 ， 學 校 的 社 長 突 然 叫 我 參 加 社 的 接 力 賽 。 第 一 次 參 加 ， 竟 然 要 我 跑 4X400 米 。 我當時嚇了一跳！ 因為我完全沒有跑過400米，第一次跑時，跑至300米已沒力了。那次原本想放棄，但是，原來接力賽與個人賽最不一樣是。。。不論是失誤或自己表現差，也不能放棄，也要堅持下去。 這就是團隊賽的心。 [Source of shared Link](https://youtu.be/AV8GNQTOyBU) --- [](https://dlike.io/)
