Last week I mention that these 5 items are the main topic of Trigometric Malaysia and World Banknotes & Coins Auction 9 Here is the final hammered price after the auction. No. 1 -------   This is a German banknote issued by Deutsch-Asiatische Bank for Peking area. It is very rare to find a banknote in Unciruclate condition(UNC) . This is the main star of the auction, which is why the auctioneer use this banknote picture as cover picture for their catalogs. The starting bid of this note is RM50,000( 12265.50USD) Final hammered price : RM80,000(19550.40 USD) No.2 --------   This is another interest banknote . It issue by Peiyang Tientsin Bank during 1910 . What make it one of the highlight item is the banknote is in Uncirculate condition . The starting bid is RM8000 (1962.48USD). Final hammered price : RM14,000(3421.32 USD) No.3 --------   This banknote is issued by The Sin Chun Bank of China during the 1907 for the shanghai usage. This banknote is use during late Qing dynasty. What makes it one of the highlighted items is the banknote is in Uncirculate condition. The starting bid is RM12,000 (2943.72 USD) Final hammered price : RM13,000(3176.94 USD) No.4 ------  This set has never been auctioned & believed to be the only set as it is EXTREMELY HARD to do a set with same prefix with the low number and solid number as well . Starting bid at RM80,000.00(19624.80 USD) . Final hammered price :RM130,000( 31777.85 USD) No.5 -------  This is Malaysia 1st Series RM1 Replacement banknote with Solid number. It is already hard to find replacement banknote , not to mention together with solid number on it . The starting bid is RM8,000 (1962.48 USD). Final hammered price : RM20,000( 4890.60 USD)
