_**Well it is already like this and we all have been waiting for a revolution to happen which changes everything. We need the Hyperspeed Internet which supports Net Neutrality and Data privacy - which is free from the oppression of greed and politics driven by some big corporations and almost all governments!**_

<h1>Internet In India!</h1>

I am an Indian and I am fighting to save my privacy! A few days ago, I had posted an Infographic for 7 Principles Of Indian Privacy Code 2018 for [Save Our Privacy campaign](https://saveourprivacy.in/) started by Internet Freedom Foundation.

> This campaign started by Internet Freedom Foundation to present a bill to citizens of India, that will protect the Data Privacy Rights for Indians. It has a draft of "Indian Privacy Code, 2018" bill which has been [e-mailed to](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NSKyMUDvESjn6VBAo7IZ07A2WHlFIvfu/view) Justice Justice B.N. Srikrishna Committee with 7 key principles. Internet Freedom Foundation (IFF) is a non-profit organization which advocates for a free and open Internet.

We all have seen what happened with the Cambridge Analytica controversy and how Facebook Data Breach was responsible of leakage of personal data of millions of Facebook Users. It is known that the Voting results were manipulated because of this data breach during presidential elections held in 2016. Similar case has been outlined by Indian Government and they are now in the process of investigating whether [personal data from Indian Votes & Facebook Users was compromised by the political consultant company Cambridge Analytica](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/jul/26/india-to-investigate-alleged-cambridge-analytica-data-breach-facebook). In light of all these events, data privacy and net neutrality cannot be overlooked at all.

IFF has been established by technology enthusiasts and volunteers who started the revolutionary SavetheInternet.in campaign in India. This formation of this group happened around _**May 2015. Since then they have been working on various campaigns for**_ [_**Net Neutrality**_](https://internetfreedom.in/issues-neutrality/)_**,**_ [_**Censorship and Free Expression**_](https://internetfreedom.in/issues-censorship/)_**,**_ [_**Online Privacy and Encryption**_](https://internetfreedom.in/issues-privacy/) _**and**_ [_**Innovation**_](https://internetfreedom.in/issues-innovation/)_**. **_

> We have adopted the definition of net neutrality by Prof. Vishal Misra who states that it means, “the Internet be maintained as an open platform, on which network providers treat all content, applications and services equally, without discrimination. This includes ensuring that network providers do not supply any competitive advantage to specific apps/services, either through pricing or Quality of Service”. We believe all aspects of network neutrality require protection through clear government rules and regulations.

Fight for Net Neutrality had been started as one of the first projects of IFF under [Save The Internet](SavetheInternet.in) Campaign. There have already been a few violations of net neutrality principles by some Indian service providers. Until August 2015, Net Neutrality Laws were not present to support and protect Internet Users from India. But with the success of this STI movement, [Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.](https://trai.gov.in/) has helped the netizens of India in passing the laws that prohibit any ISP to favor any particular service on the Internet. This move has encouraged IFF to take charge of other issues related to sociopolitical factors affecting Technology and related Advancements. Now it's time of fight Data privacy! Even after such laws in picture we cannot say that the Net is neutral or our data is totally safe! This calls for the need of a perfect, robust system that has inherent properties which supports these principles. We cannot depend on the lawmakers or the government to propose solutions for us. We are the solution! 

<h1> DECENTERNET - The Next Internet Revolution! </h1>

Now this past we week I have been posting about how Decenternet can change the Internet Forever. It can solve the very basic problem of centralization of Internet by the monopolistic organizations that holds your personal data in their servers. 

So back to the first question that I asked in this blog? My answer is:

We do not required governments to control us. Once, the internet has been freed from all the chains, you can imagine how many technological advancements will take place within a short span of time. People will be financially free powered by the Spyce mining that will self-fund the development of [3 main aspects of Decenternet i.e. Anuvys OS, Liberty Search Engine and The Osiris Browser](https://steemit.com/decenternet/@hungryhustle/introducingdecenternetahyperspeeddecentralizedplatformthataimstosettheinternetfree-m4k9o0ev6v). Now I want to discuss how Decenternet can help India to become a developed nation very soon if we start using the platform when [it is launched in Q4 of 2020](https://decenternet.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/dnet-roadmap-final.png). 

*   Thanks to Net Neutrality laws and regulations forced down by TRAI i.e. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India which ensures that no Internet Service Provider can discriminate against any website or service available on internet. By 2020, India will get more liberal with the usage of Internet and if not, **Decenternet can change the whole game for us by removing centralization aspect.** It supports Net Neutrality by default so that we do not have to wait organizations such as TRAI for our rescue and form such laws that protects our right to use Internet as we want. No person, entity or organization can stop DNet mining operations and hence no stupid bans on the websites/services we Indians like.

*   **Liberal Spyce Mining will support the users financially as one can mine spyce and also earn it by using the Decenternet Platform.** Also, India has huge population records and we are at number two just after China. Hence, if enough users adopt the platform, the price of SPYCE will keep on growing. It will spread over the whole country like wildfire. People will be free to do anything they love and support their families. The reason for overpopulation is that families make more kids to have more manpower who can support them in earning decent amount of money. Even this problem will be solved which is the root of all evil in this country.

*   **India has been known to the home of many famous scientists, artists, engineers, doctors, writers, dancers and people from various fields.** Even Google and Microsoft, the two tech giants have their CEO who are basically Indians now living and serving in USA. Bottom-line is, we know our shit and we know it very well. Now with the inception of Decenternet, just imagine once again the amount of technological advancements that will happen in the country. As discussed above, we can easily become a hyper developed nation within a span of few years. We will be able to retain the talent in our own country because of the various opportunities that will sustain with the help of Decenternet Ecosystem.

I think there are multiple other ways by which DNet has the solution to the world's biggest problems like poverty and education. It can liberate mankind on a whole new level.
