**1.Reboot**
If your computer has not been rebooted recently,
make sure to reboot it before following any of the
steps below.
 **2.Uninstall unused programs**
To remove these click "Start" then go to "Control
Panel" then click "Programs and Features" and
scroll through the list, uninstalling the ones you
never use.

**3.Stop unnecessary start ups**
Whenever you switch on your PC some programs
will automatically start to run in the background.
Things like Skype and Spotify are guilty of this. All
the applications running will use your computer's
memory so ditch the ones you don't need running.

**4.Delete temporary files**
To get rid of all this clutter open "My Computer", select your main drive, click the "Windows" folder then open the folder inside that called "Temp". Or download **CCLEANER **for Pc. 

**5.Stop Background programs**
To see the programs that are running in the
background and how much memory and CPU they
are using, open **Task Manager ** to stop this programs. 

**6. Increase your RAM**

**7.Run a disk defragment**
To do this go to "My Computer", right-click on the
hard drive and select "Properties". Under the
"Tools" tab there should be an option to
"Defragment Now".

**8. Run a disk clean-up**
To perform this click **Start** then go to All
Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk
Cleanup

**9.  Free hard drive space**
Expecially the C: drive 

**10. Scan for malware**
**11. Scan for viruses **
**12.Hardware conflicts**
**13.Computer or processor is overheating**
**14. Update Window **
**15. update drivers **
**16. Erase computer and Recognition install new OS**
