### I was a little sad that day after appointment with doctor, hearing them making remark that Jansen's weight gain had been plateau-ing. Although I always stay positive and I am the type always able to bounce back easily after any challenge or obstacles, it still hurt. I look at his tiny body which people always mistaken as 4 years old, but this year he is 8 years old, my heart was tearing, my face was smiling to give him a sheer of encouragement. 14.8kg and 111cm. No matter what the doctor said, there is hope, boy. There is hope. He just cried after the surgical doctor looked at his feeding tube site and he felt pain as the doctor moved the tube in a rough manner. . # We reached home... And he was happily bathing and changing into this favourite attire, suddenly put on a mask, stood on top of sofa, and happily asking me to take photo of him.  # I could not be more proud of him.  **I will always have a mini version of Spider-Man at home. So much love to be a Spiderman that he will try to climb on tables, on top of sofa, climb on window grills, or asked me to carry him in such a way he could act like 'climbing on the wall'.** He is such a caring boy, he could notice the hurt and pain within people eventhough they don't say. I think that's a gift. He is always the first person who notices someone else or a stranger who does not look alright and he will ask me out of curiosity, and you will see him thinking how to help. Once he saw an uncle at a church we just visited at Penang who had a skin disease and he asked me to accompany him to go shake hand with him. Jansen boy, you are such a caring boy. ### He is mischievous too. He popped up while you were busy, tapping your shoulder to see him. And this was him that day trying to tell me he lost his eyes while fighting bad guy in a candid manner.  # He loves to pose as Spider-Man.  The other day, I did share the below photo and let me show again, he and his cousin girl who love Spider-Man.  --- #### Daddy and mummy will continue to not give up hope on you. You will grow well. You will not have 'failure to thrive'. One day, your body will bloom and the bones and muscles will grow according. Your complications will end and you can eat like normal without needing the tubefeed. You will be well.
