These little ones are resting after a very tiring day! 
My kiddos (5&2) messed with the incubator temperature and when I checked in on them they were panting. 
The temp was 109!
I quickly got them out of there and they seem fine but I hope the 3 eggs left still hatch. 
I got the humidity back up as quickly as I could for the one that pipped. 
The temp and humidity are back to normal in the bator and another pipped so things are looking good but send good thoughts this way!
